Sensors
The choice of safety buttons represents a delicate phase in the design process of a new machine or in the adaptation to the accident prevention regulations of an already functioning one.
Magnetic safety sensors replace the traditional electromagnetic and electromechanical limit switch in all applications, especially in the most difficult ones.
The magnetic sensors are ideal for applications in the industrial range, they are compact and easy to install, have a very high degree of protection, are resistant to shocks and vibrations and can be mounted also behind non-magnetic materials. They have a long actuation distance and do not require perfect alignments.
Magnetic safety sensors
Magnetic sensors with a high degree of operational safety
Magnetic sensors with a high degree of operational safety (up to safety category 3, PL e (with counters feedback) or PL c according to EN 13849-1)
They do not require safety modules, they have two 50V; 1 A outputs and they can control a contactor directly. 24 V Power supply, IP 67 Protection.

Redundant sensors for safety circuits with technological diversity
These sensors reduce the possibility of a failure by recourse to duplication or redundancy or by installing two switches within the same sector. In this way, when one fails, the other continues its correct functioning. They are associated with other control techniques that increase their safety.

Magnetic switches
Magnetic switches consist of contacts hermetically enclosed in plastic or metal containers
The built-in contact is composed of flat slats of low elasticity magnetic material.
When a magnetic filed passes through them, they attract each other by providing an output signal generated without any external power supply.
